Pie chart in Flash CS3One of the most frequently used information graphic when dealing with data is the pie chart. Unfortunately, however easy it seems to create one in any of the MS Office applications, Flash has never been one to provide a simple way to create them. Until CS3 came out, that is.

The primitive ellipse tool in the latest version of Flash makes it very easy to construct analytically accurate pie charts, as long as you know how to convert the percentages into degrees. This tutorial covers precisely that part, and then goes on to show how to use these numbers to create a pie chart in Flash.

I will be following this tutorial up with another one on how to convert this pie chart into 3D later. Stay tuned!

  2. Greetings! Quick question that’s completely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My website looks weird when browsing from my iphone4. I’m trying to find a template
or plugin that might be able to correct this issue. If you have any recommendations,
    please share. Appreciate it!

before this calendar month. Skype for Website also now can handle
Linux and Chromebook for instant text messaging connection (no video and voice however, all those
    call for a plug-in installation).

The increase of your beta adds assistance for an extended listing of different languages to
help strengthen that worldwide user friendliness
